ORDINANCE NO. 9-88
AN ORDINANCE REZONING LOTS 14B, 16A, 17, 18, 19, BLOCK 2,
SCURRY ADDITION, WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, FROM SINGLE FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL, STANDARD LOT TO A LIMITED COMMERCIAL ZONE
WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission has recommended
that Lots 14B, 16A, 17, 18, & 19, Block 2, Scurry Addition,
Wichita Falls, Texas be rezoned from Single Family Residential,
Standard Lot to a Limited Commercial zone; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls,
Texas, deems that the proposed rezoning of the area hereafter
described is in accordance with the Comprehensive Land Use
Plan, and in the public interest.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Lots 14B, 16A, 17, 18, & 19, Block 2, Scurry Addition,
Wichita Falls, Texas, shown as the grey shaded area on the
attached map (Attachment No. 1) is hereby rezoned from Single
Family Residential, Standard Lot (SF-2) to a Limited Commercial
zone.
