Ord 014-88 2/16/1988 Ordinance No. 14-88 AN ORDINANCE REZONING LOTS 7-12, BLOCK 50, SOUTHLAND ADDITION, WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, FROM LIMITED COMMER- CIAL TO A SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, STANDARD LOT ZONE WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission has recommended the rezoning of Lots 7-12, Block 50, Southland Addition, Wichita Falls, Texas be rezoned from Limited Commercial to a Single- Family Residential, Standard Lot Zone; and, WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas deems that the proposed rezoning of the area hereafter described is in accordance with the Comprehensive Land Use Plan, and in the public interest. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: Lots 7-12, Block 50, Southland Addition, Wichita Falls, Texas, shown as the grey shaded area on the attached map (Attachment No. 1) is hereby rezoned from Limited Commercial to a Single-Family Residential, Standard Lot (SF-2) zone.
