ORDINANCE WAIVING SECTION 9(B) (2) (a) OF THE COMPRE-
HENSIVE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE
REPLAT OF LOT 7-A, BLOCK 62, WESTMORELAND PARK
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the subdivision ordinance of the City of
Wichita Falls, Texas, to provide for the proper and orderly development of
land inside of the city limits and extraterritorial jurisdiction; and,
WHEREAS, the granting of a waiver with respect to Section 9(B) (2) (a) ,
which requires the installation of curbs on streets forming part of the
boundary of the subdivision, would not be contrary to this stated objective
when applied to the replat of Lot 7-A, Block 62, Westmoreland Park.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said requirement for curb and gutter is waived in the case of this
property.
