AN ORDINANCE CLOSING, VACATING, AND ABANDONING A 10 FOOT
WIDE UTILITY EASEMENT IN LOT 1, BLOCK 1, FLAVIS & LORENE
GREER SUBDIVISION, WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS
WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission has recommended
the closure of a ten ( 10) foot wide east-west utility easement
in Lot 1, Block 1, Flavis & Lorene Greer Subdivision, Wichita
Falls, Texas; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls,
Texas deems it advisable and in the public interest to close
the utility easement hereafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The ten ( 10) foot wide east-west utility easement lying
south of and abutting the north lot line of Lot 1, Block 1,
Flavis & Lorene Greer Subdivision, Wichita Falls, Texas; said
easement being bounded on the east by the westerly right-of-
way line of Loop 11, and bounded on the west by the easterly
boundary of a fifty ( 50) foot wide Lone Star Gas Co. easement
filed for record in Volume 471, Page 579 and Volume 1277, Page
19, of the Wichita County Deed Records;
be and the same is hereby closed, vacated, and a■ a done. .
