ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $56,000 FROM GENERAL FUND
REVENUES TO THE PERSONNEL/EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY
(EEO) DIVISION IN THE GENERAL FUND.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS , TEXAS:
SECTION 1 . There is hereby appropriated out of the
revenues of the General Fund in the amount of $56,000 which
shall be placed in the following account numbers and such
amounts shall not expire at the end of the fiscal year and
shall remain encumbered until funds are exhausted :

The fact that this amount is essential for the immediate use
of the City of Wichita Falls creates an emergency , therefore
this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its
passage.
