Ordinance No. 89-88
AN ORDINANCE CLOSING, VACATING, AND ABANDONING A FIVE ( 5)
FOOT WIDE UTILITY EASEMENT IN LOT 20, BLOCK 2, PATTON
ADDITION, WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS
WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission has recommended
the closure of a five ( 5) foot wide utility easement in Lot
20, Block 2, Patton Addition, Wichita Falls, Texas; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council deems that the closing of the
easement described above is in the public interest.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The five ( 5) foot wide utility easement abutting and
lying south of the north lot line of Lot 20, Block 2, Patton
Addition, Wichita Falls, Texas, and bounded on the west by the
east right-of-way line of Bluebonnet Drive, and on the east by
the west boundary of a five ( 5) foot wide north-south utility
easement lying west of and abutting the east lot line of said
Lot 20, Block 2, Patton Addition; be and the same is hereby
closed, vacated, and abandoned.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 2nd day of August, 1988.
