ORDINANCE NO. 109 - 3'?
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN
APPROPRIATIONS WITHIN THE GENERAL
FUND TO ACCOUNT NUMBERS LISTED
BELOW, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, it is necessary for all departments to have
sufficient appropriations to support their expenditures during
the year; and
WHEREAS, the Finance and Fire Departments are in need of
additional appropriations; and
WHEREAS, there exist sufficient current appropriations in
the Parks and Recreation and Traffic and Transportation
Departments available to be transferred; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
transfer appropriations in amounts not to exceed those listed
below between the following account numbers:
