ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $54,623 FROM GENERAL FUNDS
EQUITY TO ACCOUNT 11-531-4387 FOR THE PURPOSE OF
PURCHASING 143 PARK LIGHTING POLES AND 152 PARK LIGHTS.
WHEREAS, the purchase of the City park lighting is in the best interest of the
City:
WHEREAS, this need for expenditure of funds was unforeseen and could not be
anticipated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, that:
There is hereby appropriated $54,623 from general funds equity to fund 11-531-4387.
