ORDINANCE APPROVING THE AMENDED PROJECT PLAN
AND THE FINANCING PLAN FOR REINVESTMENT ZONE
#1 OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of Tax Increment Financing
Reinvestment Zone #1 has completed and adopted the Amended
Project Plan and the Financing Plan for Reinvestment Zone #1 of
Wichita Falls, Texas; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the combined plan is
feasible and conforms to the comprehensive plan for the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The Amended Project Plan and the Financing Plan for
Reinvestment Zone #1, City of Wichita Falls, Texas, are hereby
approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 7th day of February, 1989.
