Resolution Endorsing An Application To The Wichita Falls Economic
Development Corporation For Expenditures Related To The Wichita
Falls Travel Center in the amount of $211,815.
WHEREAS, the construction of the Wichita Falls Travel Center will require
approximately $211,815 from local sources for matching funds and non-federal-eligible
expenses, and the City Council wishes to endorse this project to the 4A Board of
Directors for funding this local match and non-federal-eligible portion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Council endorses an application to the 4A Sales Tax Board for
$211,815 of funding for the local match and non-federal-eligible portion of the Wichita
Falls Travel Center.
