RESOLUTION NO. 21-2014
Resolution rejecting the bid for the 2014 CDBG Waterline
Replacement Project (CWF14-204-01)
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2014 CDBG
Waterline Replacement Project (CWF14-204-01); and
WHEREAS, the only bidder was Wichita Contractors Inc., which made a unit
price bid with an estimated total of $172,316.50.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
All bids for the 2014 CDBG Waterline Replacement Project (CWF14-204-01) are
hereby rejected.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 4th day of March, 2014.
