RESOLUTION NO. 20-2014
Resolution awarding bid for the purchase of roll-out refuse and yard
waste carts to Cascade Engineering in the amount of $135,621.00.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for the
purchase of roll-out refuse and yard waste carts;
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on January 29, 2014; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the lowest responsible bidder was
Cascade Engineering.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid for the purchase of roll-out refuse and yard waste carts is awarded to
Cascade Engineering in the amount of $135,621.00 and City staff is authorized to
execute all documents necessary to purchase said items in accordance with the bid
specifications.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 18th day of February, 2014.
