Resolution awarding bid and contract for the 2014 Alley
Rehabilitation Project (CWF14-530-02) to Freeman Construction for
an estimated amount of $255,218.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2014 Alley
Rehabilitation Project (CWF14-530-02); and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the lowest responsible bidder is Freeman
Construction, which made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $255,218.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2014 Alley Rehabilitation Project (CWF14-530-02) is
awarded to Freeman Construction, in an estimated total amount of $255,218.00, and
the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with said Contractor for
the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 4th day of February, 2014.
