1. CALL TO ORDER
Gary Shores called the meeting to order at 4:34 p.m.
2. DEVELOPMENT OF 8.21 ACRES OF LAND IN BUSINESS PARK
Dick Bundy moved to approve the site plan as presented by potential Buyer
of 8.21 acres of land in the Business Park, further approving that the required 55'
paving setback be reduced to 30' in this instance, and otherwise requiring
adherence to landscape development guidelines (although City will postpone
such adherence due to drought conditions). Seconded by Darron Leiker, the
motion carried.
3. ADJOURN
The meeting adjourned at 4:39 p.m.
