Resolution awarding bid for the purchase of eight ¾-ton pickups
from Wichita Falls Ford Lincoln Inc., in a total amount of $160,109.60
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for the
purchase of ¾-ton pickups;
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on January 6, 2014; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the lowest responsible bidder for this bid
for ¾-ton pickups for the City fleet is Wichita Falls Ford Lincoln Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid for the purchase of ¾-ton pickups is awarded to Wichita Falls Ford
Lincoln Inc., in the total amount of $160,109.60 for eight pickups, and City Staff is
authorized to execute all documents necessary to purchase said items from said entity.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 21st day of January, 2014.
