AN ORDINANCE REZONING 2200 HARRISON STREET ( . 884 AC.
TRACT OUT OF ABST. 281 S-P) , WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS FROM
MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE TO LIMITED OFFICE ZONE
WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission has recommended
that 2200 Harrison Street ( . 884 ac. tract out of Abst. 281 S-P) ,
Wichita Falls, Texas be rezoned from a Multi-Family Residential
zone to a Limited Office zone; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls,
Texas deems that the proposed rezoning of the area hereafter
described is in accordance with the Comprehensive Land Use Plan,
and in the public interest.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE. CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
2200 Harrison Street ( .884 ac. tract out of Abst. 281 S-P) ,
Wichita Falls, Texas, shown as the grey-shaded area on the
attached map (Attachment No. 1) is hereby rezoned from a Multi-
Family Residential zone to a Limited Office zone.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 18th day of July, 1989.
