ORDINANCE NO. 50-89
ORDINANCE CHANGING THE DATE OF THE FIRST
REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING IN SEPTEMBER TO
SEPTEMBER 6, 1989.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The date of the first regular City Council meeting in
September is hereby changed from September 5 to September 6,
1989 .
The fact that adoption of the 1989-1990 annual budget for
the City will be considered at this meeting, and it is deemed to
be advisable that all members of the City Council be present at
such meeting, creates an emergency, and this ordinance shall
become effective upon its passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 15th day of August, 1989.
