ORDINANCE AMENDING CONTRACTS WITH TENNIS CENTER PROS,
JOHNNY SIMMONS AND JODY ANN WHITE-LYONS, INCREASING
COMPENSATION ONE HUNDRED ($100. ) DOLLARS PER MONTH.
WHEREAS, Johnny Simmons and Jody Ann White-Lyons are
tennis pros at the Hamilton Park and Weeks Park Tennis
Centers; and,
WHEREAS, an increase in compensation was requested
and a One Hundred ($100. ) Dollar per month increase was
recommended by staff and approved in the budget for FY89-90;
and,
WHEREAS, they have not received an increase in the past
three years; and,
WHEREAS, they have performed very well in their
management of the centers; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Contracts between Johnny Simmons and
Jody Ann White-Lyons and the City of Wichita Falls are
hereby amended to increase by One Hundred ($100.00) per
month their compensation for tennis center management
services.
