AN ORDINANCE ALLOWING A CERTAIN BUILDING ENCROACHMENT ON A
TWENTY FOOT WIDE ALLEY LOCATED AT THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY
AT 1508 HAYES STREET, WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS
WHEREAS, a certain building encroachment exists on a
twenty foot wide alley at the rear of the property at 1508
Hayes Street, Wichita Falls, Texas; and,
WHEREAS, such encroachments do not interfere with any
existing utility lines; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls,
Texas, deems that allowing the existing encroachment is in the
public interest.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The encroachment of a garage apartment by 1; inches on a
twenty foot wide alley located at the rear of the property at
1508 Hayes Street, Wichita Falls, Texas, as shown on the
attached property survey (Attachment 1) is hereby allowed to
remain.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 7th day of November, 1989.
