ORDINANCE MAKING AN APPROPRIATION IN THE
GENERAL FUND FROM ADDITIONAL GRANT REVENUE
RECEIVED FROM THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH
AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE
CONTRACT AS AMENDED ACCEPTING SAME .
WHEREAS, the Wichita Falls-Wichita County Public Health
District and the Texas Department of Health desire to enter into
a contract, TDH Document No. C0000568, under which such Public
Health District provides certain public health services ; and,
WHEREAS, the 1990 contract contains approval of certain
funding provisions by TDH which were not known prior to adopting
of the FY 1989-90 budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
There is hereby appropriated in budget unit 11-810 ($6,366) ,
in 11-812 ($15,810) , and 11-813 ($3,390) additional grant revenue
from the Texas Department of Health and the City Manager is
authorized to execute TDH Document No. C0000568 for the City of
Wichita Falls and for the Wichita Falls-Wichita County Public
Health District.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 5TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1989.
