Ord 01-90 1/16/1990 • Ordinance No. /f� AN ORDINANCE REZONING LOTS 8-12, BLOCK 108 & LOTS 3-11, BLOCK 117, WESTMORELAND PARK & ADJACENT PROPERTIES FROM SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (SF-2) TO LIMITED COMMERCIAL (LC) ZONE WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission has recommended that Lots 8-12, Block 108 & Lots 3-11, Block 117, Westmoreland Park & Adjacent Properties, Wichita Falls, Texas be rezoned from a Single-Family Residential (SF-2) zone to a Limited Com- mercial (LC) zone; and, WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas deems that the proposed rezoning of the area hereafter described is in accordance with the Comprehensive Land Use Plan and in the public interest. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: Lots 8-12, Block 108 & Lots 3-11, Block 117, Westmoreland Park & Adjacent Properties, Wichita Falls, Texas, shown as the grey-shaded area on the attached map (Attachment No. 1) , be rezoned from a Single-Family Residential (SF-2) zone to a Limited Commercial (LC) zone.
