ORDINANCE MAKING AN APPROPRIATION
1 FROM HOTEL-MOTEL FUND EQUITY FOR
PURPOSES OF REPAIRING THE ACTIVITIES
CENTER ROOF
WHEREAS, the roof of the Wichita Falls Activities Center is
in need of repair; and
WHEREAS, it is important not to delay this repair; and
WHEREAS, funds are not included in the FY 1989-90 budget for
this project since it could not have been reasonably anticipated
during budget preparation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
There is hereby appropriated $101,500 from Hotel-Motel Fund
Equity to Account Number 25-050-4350 for purposes of repairing
