ORDINANCE NAMING REPLACEMENT JUDGE AND ALTERNATE
JUDGE FOR AUGUST 11 , 1990, CITY ELECTION
WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 40-90, election officials were appointed
for the City Election to be held August 11 , 1990, in City Box 9, Precincts
2, 13, and 41, at Fannin School , and
WHEREAS, the presiding judge appointed is now unable to serve.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Mrs. Dorothy George is hereby appointed Presiding Judge for the above
named City Election on August 11 , 1990, replacing Mrs. Mozelle Laseman,
and Mrs. Peggy Wesley is appointed Alternate Judge.
