ORDINANCE WAIVING SECTION 18-49 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES TO WAIVE THE ASSESSMENT OF
INVOICES FOR MOWING COSTS ON PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 1003 , 1005 AND 1009 PECAN STREET.
WHEREAS, the property located at 1003, 1005, and 1009 Pecan
Street is owned by D & B Company, 3206 Holliday; and,
WHEREAS, the property at 1003, 1005, and 1009 Pecan Street
was cited for violation of the City' s ordinance concerning weeds
and rubbish; and,
WHEREAS, Dr. J. A. Barrington asserts that he had the
violation corrected; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council does not wish to dispute this
assertion; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls finds
that it would be inequitable to assess the costs for such mowing
as an invoice against the property as required by Section 18-49
of the Code of Ordinances.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE

FALLS TEXAS
CITY OF WICHITA TEXAS, THAT:
Section 18-49 of the Code of Ordinances is hereby waived for
the costs incurred by the City resulting from the June 25, 1990
mowing of the property located at 1003, 1005, and 1009 Pecan
Street, Wichita Falls, and no invoice or lien shall be assessed
against the property.
