AN ORDINANCE REZONING LOTS 26-34, BLOCK 16 AND LOTS 1-B AND
5 -13 , BLOCK 21, HILLCREST ADDITION, WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS,
FROM SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (SF-2) TO RESIDENTIAL MIXED USE
(RMU)
WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission has recommended that
Lots 26-34, Block 16 and Lots 1-B and 5-13 , Block 21, Hillcrest
Addition, Wichita Falls, Texas be rezoned from a Single-Family
Residential (SF-2) zone to a Residential Mixed Use (RMU) zone; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas
deems that the proposed rezoning of the area hereafter described is
in accordance with the Comprehensive Land Use Plan and in the
public interest.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Lots 26-34, Block 16 and Lots 1-B and 5-13, Block 21,
Hillcrest Addition, Wichita Falls, Texas, shown as the grey shaded
area on the attached map (Attachment No. 1) , is hereby rezoned from
a Single-Family Residential (SF-2) zone to a Residential Mixed Use
(RMU) zone.
