ORDINANCE TO RESCIND ORDINANCE NO. 33-87 AND
TO APPROVE WHOLESALE WATER RATES FOR CONTRACT
WATER CUSTOMERS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Ordinance No. 33-87, dated April 21, 1987 and pertaining to
water rates for wholesale customers is hereby rescinded effective
October 1, 1990, and the following rates are approved for the
indicated category of wholesale water customer:

The above rates shall apply to the following contract customers.
Unless otherwise shown, the applicable rate will be effective
during the first full billing cycle after October 1, 1990, and
thereafter.

The City Manager is authorized to execute such amendments to
the Water Purchase Contracts with the listed customers as may be
necessary to implement the above rates.
Additional revenue is needed in the Public Utilities
Department during the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1990,
therefore this Ordinance is declared an emergency and shall be
effective on passage.
