ORDINANCE TO RESCIND ORDINANCE NO. 33-87 AND TO APPROVE WHOLESALE WATER RATES FOR CONTRACT WATER CUSTOMERS BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: Ordinance No. 33-87, dated April 21, 1987 and pertaining to water rates for wholesale customers is hereby rescinded effective October 1, 1990, and the following rates are approved for the indicated category of wholesale water customer: PER 1, 000 PER 100 CATEGORY GALLONS CUBIC FEET Treated Water Only (TWO) NA $ 0. 6514 Treated Water Transmitted (TWT) NA $ 0. 7981 Raw Water Only (RWO) $0.2763 $ 0. 2067 Raw Water Transmitted (RWT) $0. 3045 $ 0. 2278 The above rates shall apply to the following contract customers.
