ORDINANCE WAIVING APPENDIX A, SUBDIVISIONS
SECTION 9 (B) (1) (j ) OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES WITH RESPECT TO A RESIDENTIAL LOT
HAVE A DRIVEWAY OPENING ON A STREET FOR LOT
1, BLOCK 16, STEHLIK AND BABER SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the subject section of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas to provide for
the proper and orderly development of land inside the city limits
and extraterritorial jurisdiction;
WHEREAS, the granting of a waiver with respect to Appendix A
Section 9 (B) (1) (j ) , which requires the a residential lot
having a driveway opening on a street would not be contrary to
the stated objective when applied to Lot 1, Block 16, Stehlik and
Baber Subdivision.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said requirement for a residential lot having a driveway
opening on a street for Lot 1, Block 16, Stehlik and Baber
Subdivision is hereby waived in the case of this property.
