ORDINANCE MAKING AN APPROPRIATION
FROM GENERAL FUND EQUITY IN THE
AMOUNT OF $5, 000 FOR THE PURCHASE
OF VACANT LOTS ON CLIFT STREET
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase the lots at
410, 412 and 414 Clift Street for future development of Riverside
Cemetery.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
There is hereby appropriated in the General Fund, Budget
Unit 11-453, the amount of $5, 000 from General Fund Equity for
the purchase of vacant lots on Clift Street.
