ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 27-91 CHANGING THE DATE OF THE
KFDX-TV3 FIREWORKS EVENT TO JULY 3, 1991 .
WHEREAS, KFDX-TV3 will host a fireworks event in Jaycee
Park; and,
WHEREAS, KFDX-TV3 wishes to change the date of their
event from July 4, 1991 to July 3, 1991; and,
WHEREAS, the change of date will be in the best
interests of KFDX-TV3 and the Sheppard Air Force Base 50th
Anniversary celebration.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS , THAT:
Ordinance Number 27-91 is hereby amended to change the
date of the fireworks event from July 4 , 1991 to July 3,
1991 in Jaycee Park .
