ORDINANCE MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FROM
GENERAL FUND FOR PURPOSES OF PROVIDING
PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls received $6, 958 from the
Texas Department of Health under the State Legalization Impact
Assistance Grants Program in Fiscal Year 1990-91 and,
WHEREAS, the Health Department requests authority to expend
these funds in Fiscal Year 1990-91 , and,
WHEREAS, it was not anticipated that these funds would be
available for appropriation in the Fiscal Year 1990-91 budget
adopted by the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls on
September 18, 1990 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
There is hereby appropriated from the General Fund $6, 958 in
budget unit 11-825 for purposes of providing Public Health
Services .
