ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $20, 000. 00
IN FUNDING RECEIVED FROM THE TEXAS
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY FOR THE
EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ASSISTANCE
PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City has received approval of funding from the
Texas Department of Public Safety for an Emergency Management
Assistance Program; and
WHEREAS, these funds are to be used for reimbursement of
eligible expenditures made during the period of April 1, 1991
through September 30, 1991; and
WHEREAS, approval of these funds could not have been
anticipated prior to the adoption of the 1990-91 annual budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
There is hereby appropriated in Budget Unit 11-013
$20, 000. 00 in funding received from the Texas Department of
Public Safety for the Emergency Management Assistance Program.
