AN ORDINANCE REZONING LOT 1, REGENCY COURT ADDITION, WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS FROM MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (MFR) ZONE TO GENERAL
COMMERCIAL (GC) ZONE (R-91-08)
WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission has recommended that Lot
1, Regency Court Addition, Wichita Falls, Texas, be rezoned from Multi-
Family Residential (MFR) to General Commercial (GC) zone; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas
deems that the proposed rezoning of the area hereafter described is in
accordance with the Comprehensive Land Use Plan and in the public
interest.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Lot 1, Regency Court Addition, Wichita Falls, Texas shown as the
grey shaded area on the attached map, incorporated in this ordinance as
Attachment No. 1, is hereby rezoned from Multi-Family Residential (MFR)
to General Commercial (GC) zone.
