ORDINANCE WAIVING THE METHOD OF BILLING SEWER
CHARGES AS PROVIDED IN ORDINANCE 63-90 FOR
UTILITY COLLECTION ACCOUNT NUMBER 12-056-
01101-1
WHEREAS, Ordinance 63-90 provides that all "All retail users
of the sewer system other than residential shall be charged for
sewer service on the basis of the total water used" , and;
WHEREAS, an adjustment to their twelve month average
consumption would result in a sewer charge reduction of $212 .89
and;
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the circumstances
involved in this situation are exceptional and that the above
described adjustment should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
A waiver of Ordinance 63-90 for Utility Collection Account
Number 12-056-01101-1 is hereby granted so that sewer charges in
the amount of $212 .89 is hereby waived.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 7th day of January, 1-2 .
