ORDINANCE WAIVING SECTION 27-29 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES WITH RESPECT TO PLACING A
SIDEWALK ALONG THE SOUTH AND EAST LINES OF
LOT 80-A, BLOCK 2 , BRIARGATE ESTATES.
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the subject section of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas to provide for
the proper and orderly development of land inside the city limits
and extraterritorial jurisdiction;
WHEREAS, the granting of a waiver with respect to Section
27-29, which requires the construction sidewalks on all streets
with the construction of any building, would not be contrary to
this stated objective when applied to the south and east lines of
Lot 80-A Block 2 , Briargate Estates.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said requirement for sidewalk along the south and east lines
of Lot 80-A, Block 2 , Briargate Estates abutting Southwest
Parkway and Spring Shadow Drive is hereby waived in the case of
this development.
