ORDINANCE WAIVING APPENDIX A, SUBDIVISIONS
SECTION 9 (B) (2) (a) OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
WITH RESPECT TO PLACING CURB AND GUTTER ON
TURKEY RANCH ROAD ADJACENT TO THE WEST LINE
OF LOT 1, BLOCK 7, DENTON COUNTY SCHOOL LAND
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the subject section of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas to provide for
the proper and orderly development of land inside the city limits
and extraterritorial jurisdiction; and,
WHEREAS, the granting of a waiver with respect to
Appendix A, Section 9 (B) (2) (a) , which requires the construction
of curb and cutter on all interior streets and on the
subdivision, would not be contrary to the stated objective when
applied to the west line of Lot 1, Block 7, Denton County School
Land;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said requirement for curb and gutter along Turkey Ranch Road
abutting the west line of Lot 1, Block 7, Denton County School
Land, is hereby waived in the case of this pro erty.
