ORDINANCE NO.
ORDINANCE MAKING AN APPROPRIATION IN THE
GENERAL FUND FROM DESIGNATED FUND BALANCE
AND AUTHORIZING THE REPLENISHMENT OF FUNDS
FROM UNDESIGNATED FUND BALANCE
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to appropriate $50, 000. 00
from Designated Fund Balance; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to replenish Designated
Fund Balance with Undesignated Fund Balance;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
There is hereby appropriated in the General Fund the amount
of $50, 000. 00 from Designated Fund Balance and the City Manager
is authorized to replenish the Designated Fund Balance with
Undesignated Fund Balance.
