Ord 067-92 9/1/1992 ,} Ordinance No. �a I 7.(1 AN ORDINANCE MAKING APPROPRIATION FROM T.I.F. FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $11,354 FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE COSTS OF IMPROVEMENTS CONSISTING OF FENCING AND LANDSCAPING IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE RAILROAD MUSEUM AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENTS TO THE WICHITA COUNTY HERITAGE SOCIETY FOR THE SAME WHEREAS, Section 2-197 of the Wichita Falls Code of Ordinances authorizes the Board of Directors of Reinvestment Zone Number One (TIF Zone) to implement the Project Plan for the zone, subject to City Council approval; and, WHEREAS, participation by the city through the T.I.F. funds for the fencing and landscaping for the Railroad Museum has been recommended by the Board of Directors of Reinvestment Zone Number One; and, WHEREAS, the City Council approves this recommendation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated in the TIF fund, budget unit 67-670, an amount not to exceed $11, 354 for participation in the costs of fencing and landscaping for the Railroad Museum. SECTION 2 . The City Manager is hereby authorized to make payment not to exceed $11, 354 to the Wichita County Heritage Society for participation in the costs of fencing and landscaping subject to the terms and conditions stated in Section 3 of this ordinance. SECTION 3.
