ORDINANCE WAIVING APPENDIX A, SUBDIVISION
SECTION 9 (B) (2) (a) OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTION WITH RESPECT TO
PLACING CURB AND GUTTER ON THE NORTH SIDE OF
STATE HIGHWAY 258, ADJACENT TO THE SOUTH LINE
OF LOT 1, BLOCK 2 , MARGARET RAMSEY SURVEY, A-
471
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the subject section of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas to provide for
the proper and orderly development of land inside the city limits
and extraterritorial jurisdiction; and
WHEREAS, the granting of a waiver with respect to Appendix A
Section 9 (B) (2) (a) , which requires the construction of curb
and gutter on all interior streets and on the subdivision side of
all streets fronting part of the boundary of the subdivision,
would not be contrary to the state objective when applied to the
south line of Lot 1, Block 1, Margaret Ramsey Survey, A-471.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
