ORDINANCE MAKING AN APPROPRIATION IN THE GENERAL
FUND FOR ADDITIONAL GRANT REVENUE RECEIVED FROM
THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND AUTHORIZING THE
CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE CONTRACT AS AMENDED ACCEPTING
SAME.
WHEREAS, The Wichita Falls-Wichita County Public Health
District and the Texas Department of Health desire to enter into
a contract, TDH Document No. C3000234, under which such Public
Health District provides certain public health services; and,
WHEREAS, The 1992 Contract contains approval of certain
funding provisions by TDH which were not know prior to adopting
of the FY 1992-93 Budget .
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
CITY 0 ,
There is hereby appropriated in Budget 11-847 ($34,331.00)
additional grant revenue from the Texas Department of Health and
the City Manager is authorized to execute TDH Document No.
C3000234 for the City of Wichita Falls and for the Wichita Falls-
Wichita County Public Health District.
