ORDINANCE TO WAIVE SECTION 32-20 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES TO ADJUST CUSTOMER WATER BILL
WHEREAS, customer at 2404 Farington Road has experienced two
(2) consecutive months in which the recorded use of water was
much higher than in prior months; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard and considered the
customer's request for an adjustment of the water bill resulting
from the high readings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 32-20 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Wichita Falls is hereby waived for the October and November
billings for 2404 Farington Road (Account No. 1406708324) , and
the staff is directed to adjust the water bill to the level that
is representative of the customer's past use history.
