AN ORDINANCE REZONING A 1.95 ACRE TRACT OF LAND AT 3324
VALLEY VIEW ROAD (LOTS 1 & 2, BLOCK 1, KING SUBDIVISION,
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL-2 (SF-
2) ZONE, TO MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (MFR) ZONE (R-93-01)
WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission has recommended that a
1.95 acre tract of land at 3324 Valley View Road (Lots 1 & 2, Block
1, King Subdivision) , Wichita Falls, Texas, be rezoned from Single
Family Residential-2 (SF-2) zone to Multi-family Residential (MFR)
zone; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas
deems that the proposed rezoning of the area hereafter described is
in accordance with the Comprehensive Land Use Plan and in the public
interest.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
A 1.95 acre tract of land at 3324 Valley View Road (Lots 1 & 2,
Block 1, King Subdivision) , Wichita Falls, Texas, shown as the grey
shaded area on the attached map, incorporated in this ordinance as
Attachment No. 1, is hereby rezoned from Single Family Residential-2
(SF-2) zone to a Multi-Family Residential (MFR) zone.
