ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FROM
HOTEL/MOTEL EQUITY TO REPLACE THE
ROOF AT THE MEMORIAL AUDITORIUM
WHEREAS, the roof at the Memorial Auditorium is in poor
condition; and
WHEREAS, sufficient funds are available in the Hotel/Motel
Fund to finance the replacement of the Auditorium roof; and
WHEREAS, the use of the Auditorium directly affects tourism
to Wichita Falls.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
There is hereby appropriated $66, 000. 00 in Hotel/Motel Fund
Equity to finance the portion of the Memorial Auditorium roof
directly above the Auditorium.
