ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS RECEIVED
FROM THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS
FOR PLANNING, AND CAPITAL ASSISTANCE FOR
THE TRANSIT FUND.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS, THAT:
WHEREAS, the City received approval for $66, 581. 00 of funding
from the Texas Department of Highways for the City's
Transit System; and
WHEREAS, the City Council approval is required to increase
appropriations in the Transit Fund;
NOW, Therefore Be It Ordained by the City Council of the
City of Wichita Falls, Texas that;
There is hereby appropriated in the Transit Fund
$66, 581. 00 in funding received from the State of Texas
for capital and planning assistance for budget year
1992-1993 .
