ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A FRANCHISE
FOR LIMOUSINE SERVICE
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for a
limousine franchise; and
WHEREAS, the application submitted includes all of the
information required by the City ordinance on vehicles for hire;
and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the authorization of
this franchise will not adversely affect traffic conditions,
existing transportation services or other franchise holders.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The limousine franchise in the name of Presidential
Limousine Service is hereby authorized. Be it further ordained
that this franchise is limited to two limousi - icenses.
