AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, WAIVING SECTIONS 5240 (C) AND 5245 OF THE
ZONING ORDINANCE WITH RESPECT TO FRONT AND SIDE SETBACKS
TO ALLOW A TWENTY (20) FOOT SETBACK ON ALL LOTS AND ONE
SIDE SETBACK OF TWELVE (12) FEET WITHIN THE COUNTRY
SQUARE SUBDIVISION; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE
MEETING AT WHICH THIS ORDINANCE WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO
THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission has recommended a waiver of Sections 5240 (C)
and 5245 of the Zoning Ordinance to allow a twenty (20) foot setback on all lots and one exterior side
setback of twelve (12) feet within the Country Square Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls deems it advisable and in the public
interest to waive this ordinance hereafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. Sections 5240 (C) and 5245 of the Zoning Ordinance are hereby waived for allowing
twenty (20) foot front setbacks on all lots and one twelve (12) foot exterior side setback on Lot 12,
Block 1, in the Country Square Subdivision, Wichita Falls, Texas.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at which this Ordinance
was passed was open to the public as required by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 1st day of February, 1994.
