ORDINANCE WAIVING APPENDIX A, SUBDIVISION
SECTION 9 (B) (2) (A) OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES WITH RESPECT TO PLACING CURB AND
GUTTER IN THE LANDRUM & HENDERSON SUBDIVISION
AS FOLLOWS : SECTION 2; THE WEST SIDE OF
ARENA ROAD ADJACENT TO THE EAST LINE OF LOT
50, SECTION 3 ; THE EAST SIDE OF PARKER RANCH
ROAD ADJACENT TO THE WEST LINE OF LOTS 10-22 ,
THE NORTH SIDE OF PARKER RANCH ROAD ADJACENT
TO THE SOUTH LINE OF LOTS 1-9, AND THE NORTH
SIDE OF SEYMOUR HIGHWAY ADJACENT TO THE SOUTH
LINE OF LOTS 23-30, AND SECTION 4 ; THE WEST
SIDE OF ARENA ROAD ADJACENT TO THE EAST LINE
OF LOTS 71-79 AND THE WEST SIDE OF WRANGLER' S
RETREAT ROAD ADJACENT TO THE EAST LINE OF
LOTS 69 AND 70
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the subject section of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas to provide for
the proper and orderly development of land inside the city limits
and extraterritorial jurisdiction; and
WHEREAS, the granting of a waiver with respect to Appendix A
Section 9 (B) (2) (a) , which requires the construction of curb
and gutter on all interior streets and on the subdivision side of
all streets fronting part of the boundary of the subdivision,
would not be contrary to the stated objective when applied in the
Landrum & Henderson Subdivision as follows : Section 2 ; the west
side of Arena Road adjacent to the east line of lot 50, Section
3 ; the east side of Parker Ranch Road adjacent to the west line
of lots 10-22, the north side of Parker Ranch Road adjacent to
the south line of lots 1-9, and the north side of Seymour Highway
adjacent to the south line of lots 23-30, and Section 4 ; the west
side of Arena Road adjacent to the east line of lots 71-79 and
the west side of Wrangler' s Retreat Road adjacent to the east
line of lots 69 and 70
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said requirements for curb and gutter in the Landrum &

Henderson Subdivision as follows : Section 2 ; the west side of
Arena Road adjacent to the east line of lot 50, Section 3 ; the
east side of Parker Ranch Road adjacent to the west line of lots
10-22 , the north side of Parker Ranch Road adjacent to the south
line of lots 1-9, and the north side of Seymour Highway adjacent
to the south line of lots 23-30, and Section 4; the west side of
Arena Road adjacent to the east line of lots 71-79 and the west
side of Wrangler' s Retreat Road adjacent to the east line of lots
69 and 70 is hereby waived in the case o f this property.
