AN ORDINANCE WAIVING SECTION 5240 (A) OF THE ZONING
ORDINANCE WITH RESPECT TO INTERIOR SIDE SETBACKS TO ALLOW
A 9 FOOT INTERIOR SIDE SETBACK ON ALL LOTS WITHIN THE
COUNTRY SQUARE SUBDIVISION; FINDING AND DETERMING THAT
THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS ORDINANCE WAS PASSED WAS OPEN
TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS,the Planning& Zoning Commission has recommended a waiver of Section 5240 (A) of
the Zoning Ordinance to allow an interior side setback reduction from 10 feet to 9 feet on all lots within
the Country Square Subdivision, Wichita Falls, Texas; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls deems it advisable and in the public
interest to waive this ordinance hereafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Section 5240 (A) of the Zoning Ordinance is hereby waived for allowing an interior
setback reduction from 10 feet to 9 feet on all lots within the Country Square Subdivision, Wichita Falls,
Texas.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at which this ordinance
was passed was open to the public as required by law.
