Ord 099-94 8/2/1994 ORDINANCE NO. qG-G ci ORDINANCE WAIVING APPENDIX A, SUBDIVISIONS SECTION 9 (B) (2) (a) OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES WITH RESPECT TO PLACING CURB AND GUTTER ON THE NORTH SIDE OF HAWS ROAD ADJACENT TO THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT 3 , UNIT 64, WICHITA VALLEY FARMS WHEREAS, it is the intent of the subject section of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas to provide for the proper and orderly development of land inside the city limits and extraterritorial jurisdiction; WHEREAS, the granting of a waiver with respect to Appendix A Section 9 (B) (2) (a) , which requires the construction of curb and gutter on all interior streets and on the subdivision side of all streets fronting part of the boundary of the subdivision, would not be contrary to the stated objective when applied to the north side of Haws Road adjacent to the south line of Lot 3, Unit 64, Wichita Valley Farms . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: Said requirement for curb and gutter along the north side of Haws Road adjacent to the south line of Lot 3 , Unit 64, Wichita Valley Farms is hereby waived in the case of this property.
