AN ORDINANCE REZONING 2209 & 2211 FOURTH STREET, LOTS 3 & 4,
BUMGARNER SUBDIVISION, WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, FROM SINGLE
FAMILY-2 TO MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL (MFR), CASE R94-08;
FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS
ORDINANCE WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED
BY LAW.
WHEREAS,the Planning &Zoning Commission has recommended that 2209 & 2211 Fourth Street,
Lots 3 &4, Bumgarner Subdivision, Wichita Falls, Texas, be rezoned from Single Family Residential
(SF-2) to Multifamily Residential (MFR); and
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, deems that the proposed rezoning
of the area hereafter described is in accordance with the Comprehensive Land Use Plan and in the public
interest.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. 2209 & 2211 Fourth Street, Lots 3 & 4, Bumgarner Subdivision, Wichita Falls,
Texas, as shown as the shaded area on the attached map, incorporated in this ordinance as Attachment
No. 1, be rezoned from Single Family Residential (SF-2)to Multifamily Residential (MFR).
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at which this ordinance
was passed was open to the public as required by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 1st day of November, 1994.
