AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 63-84 INCREASING THE DAILY
FEE AT THE RV PARK.
WHEREAS, the current fee for the Wichita River
Bend RV Park is $5.00 per night; and,
WHEREAS, a survey of various other city RV parks in
Texas indicate that there is a wide disparity in fee
structures; and,
WHEREAS, an increase to the City's RV Park fee from
$5 .00 to $7 .00 should not adversely affect the attendance at
the park .
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS , TEXAS , THAT:
Ordinance 63-84 is hereby amended to increase the daily
RV Park fee to $7 .00 effective January 1 , 1995 .
